Last Post
Ok this is my forever last post. Exercising can be difficult, but you can definitely do it by yourself. Your motivation goes beyond just stopping. You can't stop now its time to continue. Thats what I'm going to do. Sorry that this is the last one, but its not the last session for you!
Last Day
This is my close to last post. I know that its sad, but don't worry you can continue doing it by yourself. Try to do it by yourself, I know that I've come to love biking, yoga, and P90X. I've come to love certain foods that I wouldn't of loved before.
You Can Do It`
Just know that I'm not done working out, just done blogging about it. I tell ya'll that working out has its ups and downs, but once you start its worth it. Yes the first days are going to be tough and you're gonna want to stop altogether, but don't.
Conclusion
So guys this is my conclusion to the weight loss thing, I'm almost done blogging, but I'm not done forever working out. I've definitely come to the fact that I love working out. Most days I feel a little perkier :) I feel more awake and definitely feel like a million bucks. I'm not sure how much weight I've lost because I'm not much for weighing myself.

Outdoors
I wonder how much hard work it would be if you went and ran outside. My Father always says that running outside is harder because of the incline. Maybe I should try running outside? Though I prefer biking outside rather than running, because biking is a little bit easier for my fatbody. :)

Lazy Butt
I've been a lazy butt in the past three days, but I can kick this habit of doing exercise and then not doing it. So if you're reading this and you're tired of exercising, I suggest you get off your lazy butt. I know that we all can do it. Kick this habit! :)
Tiresome
You know the usual I get tired, so much from working out. It's tiresome and boring. Today I don't really have a lot, but I did start eating lunch again and yesterday I drank four glasses of water for the first time in a long time. Other than eating healthier I haven't exercised all that much. Most of my exercise is done during PE or when I'm made to do it.

Yoga Again! :)
So I'm definitely liking the yoga, I'm posting yesterdays because we did yoga in P.E. yesterday. I really did get sweaty at the end. I was completely drained of all the energy I had before the P.E. session. Most of the people who did my video didn't really like it, but I loved it! :) Well obviously since its my video. I think it was a good workout because I was tired at the end. So yoga is definitely my go-to workout. :)

Eating Healthy
Bananas, Otmeal, and Steak, there all pretty good, but I wish healthier food was tastier. Yes I'm definitely eating healthier, but I lied some food is pretty good. It all depends on how you see it. I mean do you want to be unhealthy, but eating good food or healthy and eating somewhat tasty food? I mean I know that I'd go with option 2 even though sometimes foods can be gross. I am not sure as to how much weight I've lost, because I don't like to weigh myself every single day. Sometimes it puts me down.

Not feeling it
I'm not really feeling the hole getting up in the morning to exercise. I've decided I'm going to do it at night. I really like the hole doing P90X thing at night. Just lately trying to exercise and stay away from bad food has been hard. I'm not so sure how other people do it. I also know that when I did yoga the other night, my core hurts now, so its working. :)

P90X Yoga
All I know is that P90X Yoga hurts like no other. Every so often I would stop doing the pose I was supposed to be doing because I was so tired. Again, severely out of shape, thats what I am. It hurts so much, I think everyone who reads this should try it. See how you like it.

Yoga
So this is technically my work out for yesterday, but I'm blogging about it today. I was making a video for PE and was doing yoga poses. I noticed that half of the time it was hard to keep the position for more than 2 minutes. My thought process about this, is that I need to build up some strength. So far, I do like yoga, but it is really hard to do since I'm out of shape.

One of those days
Its one of these days I don't really want to exercise. Maybe, I'll exercise tonight, but trying to get up in the morning is hard. Thinking of new ways to exercise should be another priority of mine, because for right now I'm only doing P90X and running on the treadmill. I have been eating a bit better lately, like instead of not eating lunch, I'm actually eating lunch.

P90X
I was definitely motivated this morning. It was tiresome this morning, for me to get my butt out of bed. My first thought was that "You can do this." I wanna be healthy and I know that to be healthy I need to eat better and exercise. P90X is killer, I personally think that it is better than Insanity. It does hurt though to do the exercises. Maybe next time I can do a different P90X CD instead of my usual one?

Working Out
I didn't feel motivated this morning. I woke up like any other usual day and I didn't want to go and run. Motivation is the key to accomplishing the goal. My goal is to be healthier by working out and possibly eating healthy because how can one be happy with working out if nothing is happening. Tonight I hope to look, listen, or talk to someone about how I can be more motivated.
